6-35 Transfer Roller

1. Before you disassemble the Transfer roller, you
should remove :
♦ Side covers (See page 6-10)
♦ Top cover (See page 6-11)
♦ Upper frame (See page 6-23)
2. Remove the four screws from the upper frame
and separate the Upper frame into the Upper
guide and Plate.

3. Remove the locker secured to the roller. You
should pull the levers of the locker outwards to
release the locker from the roller. Then take out
the Idle roller.

Note: Be careful to keep the surface of the roller
clean.
