We recommend you use an alkaline battery because it lasts longer than a conventional battery. The battery can maintain the internal memory for about 20 hours.

By using the Group number, you can send a document to multiple parties in a single operation. Your machine will dial the remote numbers in stored sequence. If the number is busy, your machine will dial the next stored number, and after dialing all of the stored numbers, will automatically redial any number previously busy.
