6-34 Idle Roller
1. Before you disassemble the Idle roller, you
should remove :
♦ Side covers (See page 6-10)
♦ Top cover (See page 6-11)
♦ Upper frame (See page 6-23)
2. Remove the four screws from the upper frame
and separate the Upper frame into the Upper
guide and Plate.

3. Remove the spring securing the Idle roller to the
Upper guide.

4. Use a flat blade screw driver or something to
push down the roller through the hole as shown.
It releases the tab latched into the Upper guide.
