Active Health System (AHS) log option selected for Secure Erase

Symptom
When selecting the Secure Erase option for Onboard NAND Flash, the Active Health System log option
is also selected by default.
Cause
The AHS secure erase process does not initiate with the Onboard NAND Flash option in the Erase Utility.
Action
None. The process is working as designed.

Installation fails with SD card

Symptom
Installation fails with SD card on a system set to Legacy BIOS Mode.
Cause
SD cards are only supported in UEFI Mode. Installations in Legacy BIOS Mode might be unable to boot
from the internal device if any other storage (such as a DVD or virtual DVD device) is present in the
system.
Action
1. Use UEFI Mode with SD media.
2. Retry the installation.

Intelligent Provisioning does not launch when F10 is pressed

Symptom
Intelligent Provisioning allows service personnel and customers to press the F10 key during System
Power-On Self-Test (POST) to load the latest SPP automatically. If Intelligent Provisioning does not
launch as expected, it may be necessary to reinstall Intelligent Provisioning.
Cause
There is an issue with the current Intelligent Provisioning files.
Action
1. Download the firmware ISO image and the USB utility-tool from hpe.com.
2. Create a bootable USB Key and copy the ISO image.
3. Insert the USB Key and power up the unit.
4. To boot from the USB key, press F11, and select Option 3: One Time Boot to USB Drive Key.
5. The system boots from the USB Key and installs IP Recovery.
