SOLUTION
Charge battery by connecting KDC to
your PC using the included cable
Contact distributor for technical
support
Replace battery – Contact Local
Distributor
USB port doesn't supply proper
current to KDC
- Charge KDC using a different USB
port on your PC
Scan a different barcode
Move the scanner closer to barcode
Move scanner farther from the
barcode
Change the angle of scanner to
barcode
