Troubleshooting

When symptoms thought to be damage occur, first check that there are no problems with the model purchased, wiring, or
parameter settings. The following lists examples of frequent problems and their solutions.
Trouble
Cannot communicate
with the host
Parameters you want
to view do not appear
Control output is not
output even with the
power turned on
Manual mode cannot
be changed
Keys do not work
Channel parameters
cannot be displayed
Power will not turn on
SV blinks when
power is turned on
Control does not start
even if power is
turned on
Cannot perform valve
control correctly

Cause
Parity does not agree.
Communication speed does not agree.
Display mask is set.
A password is set.
Soft start is set.
The ramp/soak settings have the output turned OFF.
Standby mode is on.
Manual mode is not assigned to the USER key.
The DI function is not set to manual mode.
Key lock is set to ON.
SV limit value is set.
The USER key settings have changed.
Password is incorrect.
Forgot the password.
Equipment with 24V specification was connected to
AC 100V or more.
Standby is turned ON.
Ramp/soak status is "END".
ALMF is set.
STMD mode is set to manual output.
The valve is not correctly connected.
Make the parity on the host and the unit the same.
Make the communication speed on the host and
the unit the same.
Check the DSP settings.
Release the password with Super PASS.
Check the soft start settings.
Check the ramp/soak settings.
Check the output settings during standby mode.
Check the USER key assignments.
Check the DI function settings.
Check the key lock settings.
Check the SV limit value settings.
Check the USER key settings.
Release the password with Super PASS.
Please request repair.
Release standby.
Change the ramp/soak settings.
Check the ALMF settings.
Check the STMD settings.
Check the valve connections.
