3.1.3 Reversing the water distrib-
utor
The water distributor on the central heating
return line comes fitted to the right of the cast
iron body.
If you need to move it to the left side of the
body, make sure that the two rows of holes in
the distributor face upwards and towards the
front of the boiler (Fig. 3.4).
Novella Maxima model 129 N RAI does not
have a water distributor.

3.1.4 Fitting the burner manifold

To fit the burner manifold (16), screw the four
M8 x 16 hex head screws (17) into the thread-
ed tabs in the two heads of the boiler body
(18) (Fig. 3.6).

3.1.5 Fitting the burner tubes

Once the burner manifold (3) is in place,
insert one of the burner tubes (2) into the boil-
er's combustion chamber (1), so that the slots

face up. Push the support (5) of the burner
tube into the hole in the cast iron wall between
the elements (Fig. 3.5).
Fix the burner tube to the manifold with one
flat head M5 x 8 screw (4).
