SM 335 static parameters

The static parameters can only be modified via HW Config.

Diagnostics
The "Input and output diagnostics" parameter is used to specify in HW Config
which analog inputs and outputs are to trigger a diagnostic interrupt in the event of
an error.

= '0': Diagnostic interrupt disabled

If the diagnostics for inputs are enabled, the SM 335 checks for common-mode
errors and measuring range violations.
When you enable diagnostics for the outputs, the SM 335 executes a short-circuit
test on the outputs.
