Error description
Measuring range module improperly
inserted/not inserted.
Module is not initialized.
The SM 335 is using default parame-
ters (no hardware interrupts, no diag-
nostic interrupts).
Invalid parameters in channel x.
When it detects an invalid channel-spe-
cific parameter, the SM 335 flags the
channel for which the parameter was
specified.
