Solutions
Contact the installer
Check that the actuator is correctly
installed
Replace the actuator
Cancel Holiday mode
Change ECO profile or assign another
profile to the room/system
Reduce the ECO setback value for the
thermostats

the interface (if installed, Base PRO only)
or timer (Base only)
Correct signal from external device needed
Change time for pump exercise (requires
