Display Format <Disp>

Allows you to switch the display between the zone-channel number and the channel
name.

Emergency
o

External Mic Sense
o
Activates External Mic Sense mode.
External Speaker <Spkr>
o
Switches the speaker from the transceiver's built-in speaker to an optional external
speaker.
Fixed Volume <FixVol>
o
Allows you to change the volume level of the tone.
Front Panel Programming <FPP>
o
Activates Front Panel Programming mode. This mode allows you to change the
frequency and other data of a Conventional channel and to add new Conventional
channels using your transceiver even when the FPU (Field Programming Unit)
software or a computer is not available.
Function <Func>
o
Press this button, then press a programmable button to activate its secondary
function.
GPS <GPS>
o
Enables or disables the GPS function.
GPS/ Bluetooth Reset
o
Activates GPS/ Bluetooth Reset mode.
GPS Position Display <GPS_P>
o
Allows you to display your location data.
Group <Group>
o
Activates Group Call Mode.
Group + Short Message <Grp+SD>
o
Allows you to specify a Group ID to send short messages.
Group + Status <Grp+ST>
o
Allows you to specify a Group ID to send status messages.
