Special Instructions of Wiring Head unit
1. Wiring on inside of tension base
Connect the head quantity sensor
cable to the connector correctly.
Head earth wire
attachment
position (seven
locations)
Head earth wire
2. Wiring on back of tension base
Head lead wire
Make sure that the tab of the cord
bushing on the lock faces up.
Position of lock:
30 mm from end of
insulator
Do not allow the head
lead wires to protrude
from the plate.
Head PCB
Head earth wire
Cord bushing
Head PCB connector

Do not allow the
head earth wire
to protrude from
the case.
Do not allow the
head earth wire to
touch the boss.
Do not allow the head
earth wire to protrude
from the case.
