ISPENSER NSTALLATION Before start-up and operation, the Spire dispenser must be installed by qualified personnel following instructions given in the Spire 4.1 Installation manual (620066826INS). Spire 4.1 Operator’s Manual Cleaning and Sanitizing Interior Surfaces (Monthly) While pouring liquid into the ice bin, do not exceed the rate of 1/2 gallon per minute. Pouring more liquid into the bin could result in an overflow situation that may result in personal injury or damage to the equipment. - Page 18 Spire 4.1 Operator’s Manual Spindle 4.
