6.-CarBurettOr

idle adjustment
This is carried out by adjusting the air screw (1) and the idle screw (2).
1.
Turn the air screw clockwise until it reaches the top of its travel and open 1
turn and 1/4.
2.
Heat the engine, turn the idle screw, adjust the idle speed. if there are no
references, turn the screw until the engine stops.
3.
Tighten the idle screw slightly.
4.
accelerate and decelerate a few times to ensure that the idle does not
change. Readjust if necessary.
Riding with a damaged throttle cable can be dangerous.

check that the throttle cable has a minimum clearance of 3mm on the control.
With the engine at idle, turn the handlebar in both directions. if the engine is
stalled or accelerated with the handlebar movement, the throttle cable has been
improperly adjusted or is in poor condition. make sure to correct it before riding
the bike.
7.-tranSMiSSiOn Oil
for the transmission and clutch to work properly, keep the transmission oil at
the optimum level and replace it periodically. a motorcycle with insufficient,
deteriorated or contaminated transmission oil can accelerate wear and damage
transmission.
checking the oil level
1.
if the bike has been used wait a few minutes.
2.
check the oil level using the level indicator on the lower right side of the
engine (1).
3.
The oil level must be between the maximum and the minimum.
4.
if the level is too high, remove the excess through the drain plug (2).
5.
if the level is low, add the required amount of oil by opening the cap. use the
same type and brand of oil as you already had in the engine.
Transmission oil
Recommended oil: niLs gear lubricant & high performance clutch.
saE 10W30 / 5W40
capacity: 900 cc
note: To achieve the proper engine oil temperature and to accurately measure
the oil level, the engine must have cooled down completely, and then it must have
been heated again for a few minutes at normal operating temperature.
