10 SERVICE SCHEDULE
Check that the throttle cables are undamaged, routed without sharp bends, and set cor-
rectly.
Clean the air filter and air filter box.
Change glass fiber yarn filling in the main silencer.
Service the fork.
Service the shock absorber.
Check the screws and nuts for tightness.
Check the headlight setting. (
Check idle.
Final check: Check the vehicle for operating safety and take a test ride.
Make the service entry in the KTM Dealer.net and in the Service and Warranty Booklet.

Change the front brake fluid.
Change the rear brake fluid.
Change the hydraulic clutch fluid.
Lubricate the steering head bearing.
Service the fork.
Service the shock absorber.
Check the electric starter drive.
Change the piston and check the cylinder.
Check/adjust the carburetor components.
Perform minor engine service. (Check the exhaust control for functioning and
smooth operation. Check the clutch.)
Perform major engine service including removing and installing engine.
(Change the connecting rod, conrod bearing, and crank pin. Check the
transmission and shift mechanism. Change all engine bearings.)
