Description
soufflés and cooking at low temperatures.
If using an older recipe or cookbook, set the oven
temperature for Conventional Heat 10 °C lower than that
recommended. This won't change cooking times.
Use this function towards the end of cooking to reheat or
brown the base of a cake, quiche or pizza.
For grilling thin cuts (e.g. steaks) and for browning baked
dishes.
For pre-heating the oven compartment quickly. The oven
function required must then be selected once the desired
temperature has been reached.
