Mercuric Thiocyanate Method*
1.
Install module
number
45.01
in a DR/700.
Note: Samples can be
stored for at least 28
days at room
temperature in glass or
plastic bottles.
4.
Fill a 25-mL
sample cell to the
25-mL line with
sample.
Note: Filter turbid
samples through a
moderately rapid filter
paper before analysis.
Note: For proof of
accuracy, use a 10.0 mg/L
chloride standard
(preparation given in
Accuracy Check) in
place of the sample.

(the blank).
