5.12.2 Mail shot / Sequential (Non-Reset)

When using Mail shot / Sequential (Non-Reset) scripting mode, a few changes have to
be made to the data base being used.
Row 1 already contains the column headings (used for database lookup) row 2
should now be completely blank. This ensures that all records are correctly printed
when operation in Sequential (Non-reset).
Link the database as before (selecting first row contains field names)
