Chapter 2 Preparations
1.7.1 Installation
Install the Solid State Drive in the following procedure.
Install the first Solid State Drive in SSD bay 0 (connector: yellow), then the second Solid State Drive in SSD
bay 1 (connector: blue).
1. Mount an SSD bracket to Solid State Drive with two screws.
2. Remove the top cover and air duct according to Chapter 2 (1.3.1 Removal of top cover).
3. Locate the SSD bay to install Solid State Drive. Install the first Solid State Drive in SSD bay 0
(connector: yellow), then the second Solid State Drive in SSD bay 1 (connector: blue).

Important
Use the SSD bracket and screws that come with the CPU blade.

Be aware of mounting direction of SSD bracket. (As shown in the figure, the
labeled surface of Solid State Drive and screw holes of bracket must face the
same direction.)
