Intended audience

This document is intended for Hitachi Data Systems representatives and
authorized service providers who install, configure, or operate storage
systems.
Readers of this document should be familiar with the following:
• Data processing and RAID storage systems and their basic functions.
• One or more of the VSP Gx00 models.
• The operating system and web browser software on the system hosting
the storage management software.

Product version

This document revision applies to the following product versions:
• VSP G200 firmware 83-04-4x or later
• Hitachi Storage Virtualization Operating System (SVOS) 7.2 or later

Release notes

Read the release notes before installing and using this product. They may
contain requirements or restrictions that are not fully described in this
