Before removing the USB/audio/power connector board, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the computer. If you are unsure whether the computer is off or in Hibernation,
turn the computer on, and then shut it down through the operating system.
2. Disconnect the power from the computer by first unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet and then
unplugging the AC adapter from the computer.
3. Disconnect all external devices from the computer.

CAUTION:

to remove the board.
Remove the USB/audio/power connector board:
1. Lift the Mylar tape up from the board (1).
2. Disconnect the cable from the connector on the bottom of the board (2).
3. Remove the Phillips PM2.0×3.0 screw (3) that secures the board to the computer.
