Power button board

The power button board is located at the bottom, right of the computer. It is spared with a plastic holder.
To remove the power button board:
1.
Prepare the computer for disassembly (see

Remove the stand (see

Remove the rear port cover (see
4.
Remove the speaker cover (see
5.
Disconnect the power button board cable from the system board ZIF connector (1), and then push the
connector end of the cable through the hole (2) that allows the cable to route to the front of the chassis.
6.
Locate the power button board under the speaker cover.
7.
Remove Phillips screw (1) that secures the power button board to the computer.
