What you do
Move within 20 feet of
display device with no
obstructions.
Use meter.
Wait up to 30 minutes.
Smart device (if not
resolved):
1. Restart smart device.
If problem remains:
1. Open
Bluetooth
Settings.
2. Delete Dexcom entries.
3. Pair your Transmitter.
Do nothing. Receiver is
able to continue to work
and recover from error.
Tap OK to confirm Alert.
If the same code displays
repeatedly, contact Tech
Support (see beginning
of section) and use meter
until fixed.
This locks your screen.
Write down error code.
Use meter.
Contact Tech Support (see
beginning of section).
