Trouble-shooting

Symptom
The door cannot be
opened.
If the error still cannot be eliminated, contact your CEStronics

partner.
OMEGA FLEX wall terminals WT-I/WT-II
Possible cause and remedy
You have used an unauthorized
locking medium.
Use an authorized locking medium.

The power supply is interrupted.
Re-establish the power supply.

Verify the perfect functioning of the

power circuit of your connected door
system.
The locking medium is out of the
reading range of the wall terminal.
Reduce the distance to the reader.

