If the peaks of one or more spectra appear in the wrong
filter, confirm that:
• The spectral calibration plate was run in the correct
orientation (the plate was not rotated 180° when run).

• The correct dyes were loaded onto the spectral
calibration plate, if you are running a custom plate.
