Configuring optional parameters for an NQA operation

Unless otherwise specified, the following optional parameters apply to all NQA operation types.
To configure optional parameters for an NQA operation:

and enter NQA operation

Enter a specified NQA
operation type view.
4.
Configure a description.

Specify the interval at which
the NQA operation repeats.
6.
Specify the probe times.
7.
Specify the probe timeout
time.

specified.
The source IP address must be the
IP address of a local interface. The
local interface must be up.
Otherwise, no probe packets can
be sent out.

By default, the interval between
two consecutive voice tests is
60000 milliseconds. For other
tests, the interval is 0 milliseconds.
Only one operation is performed.
If the operation is not completed
when the interval expires, the next
operation does not start.

By default, an NQA operation
performs one probe.
The voice operation can perform
only one probe, and does not
support this command.
Optional.
By default, the timeout time is 3000
milliseconds.
This setting is not available for the
UDP jitter or voice operation.
