Remove the COl unit, pulling
its
rubber suspension out of the
stay and pin.
Installation
is in
the reverse
order of
rem
oval.

Inspection
Remove the
seat
and fuel tank
(page
2-2).
Disconnect the Black/Yellow and Green
wires of
the ignition
coi1.
Measure the primary
coil
resistance o
f
the
ignition coil.

Disconnect
the spark plug cap f rom the plug and measure the
secondary resistance between the plug
cap
and Green
terminal.

range, remove the spark plug cap and
measure the
secondary coil
resistance between the
spark
plug
wire
and Green terminal.
