Chapter 4 Maintaining the Timeclock

Date/Time Setting (basic configuration)

Use Date/Time Setting to set the date and time on the timeclock display. Note that
you must enter the time in 24-hour format.
Note
These settings are part of the basic configuration of the timeclock. You must
complete these settings when you power up the timeclock for the first time and if
you replace the cover assembly.

Press the Date/Time Setting soft key.
Do one of the following:

Press ENTER to accept the default date.

Type the date using mm/dd/yyyy format, and
press ENTER.
Do one of the following:

Press ENTER to accept the default time.
!
Type the time using hh:mm format, and press
ENTER.
