Chapter 4 Maintaining the Timeclock
7. Lift the transformer from behind the wire clip and out of the timeclock.
8. Unplug the AC power cable from the top of the transformer.
9. Install the new transformer as follows:
a. Plug the AC power cord into the top of the transformer.
b. Position the transformer behind the wire clip in the timeclock.
c. Route the transformer cable to its connection point on the main board and
plug in the connector.
d. Plug the transformer back into the AC outlet. If you are plugging the
timeclock into an external AC outlet, route the power cord out of the
timeclock and re-assemble the strain relief clip to secure the cord.
10. Close and lock the timeclock cover using the security wrench.
