Inputting a file name
Use this window to input a file name of up to 8 characters in
length.
• Position the flashing cursor in the file name display
area. Press F1 to move the cursor to the left; press
F6 to move the cursor to the right.
• Use the UP, DOWN, LEFT and RIGHT arrow keys
on the cursor pad to navigate through the character
set.
• Press ENTER to choose the currently highlighted
character. The character appears in the file name
display area. You can also enter digits directly using
the keypad.
• Repeat the above process until you have entered the
file name.
Tips
• To delete a character, position the flashing cursor
over the character you want to delete in the file
name display (using F1 and F6) and press F4 Delete.
Exiting from the file name entry window
• To exit and save your changes, press F2 Save &
Exit. The file is renamed.
• To exit without making changes, press F3 Exit.

Deleting Files

You can delete files stored in aurora
• Highlight the file you wish to delete in the File List
menu.
• Press the F2 Delete function key to delete the file from
memory. A window appears to prompt you to confirm
the request. Choose the YES function key to confirm
the deletion; the file is deleted from the File List menu
and the statistics are updated. Alternatively, choose NO
to abandon the request.
