Performing a Frame Loop Test

This test lets you loop data from the current DLCI to
another DLCI. The destination DLCI may be on the other
interface.
• Choose Frame Loop Test in the Setup Test Config
menu to display the Frame Loop Test Config
menu.
Specifying the Looped DLCI
To specify the value of the DLCI to which the traffic will be
looped:
• Highlight Dest. DLCI in the Frame Loop Test Config
menu and press the RIGHT arrow key to display the
Dest. DLCI sub-menu.
• Enter the DLCI to be looped. This value must be in the
given range or *CHECK RANGE* is displayed.
• Press ENTER to save and exit the sub-menu.

This is the length of time taken for the
frame to traverse the network.
Average, maximum and minimum
values are displayed, expressed in
milliseconds. Press the 5 key to view
or disable the transit delay display.
