This chapter discusses how to use aurora
Relay services. It describes how to configure a link, display
and save traffic, manipulate PVCs and SVCs, view statistical
information and perform tests.
The chapter is divided into four logical sections to help you
find information more easily. The sections are as follows :
Section 1 Setting up the Link
Section 2 Displaying & Capturing Data
Section 3 Performing Tests
Section 4 Customizing Data Capture & Display
Tip
For an overview of Frame Relay and its associated
terminology please refer to Chapter 8 - Introduction to
Frame Relay.
Starting the Frame Relay Application
• After selecting an interface, choose Frame Relay
from the Application Menu.
• Choose either Simulate or Monitor mode from the
Interface menu. The Traffic window is displayed :
The Traffic window displays frame relay traffic on the
current interface.
You are now ready to begin testing Frame Relay with
aurora
