Performance Characteristics
Properties expressed in numerical values with tolerances, ranges or limits stated, are
guaranteed by the manufacturer.
Properties expressed in numerical values without tolerances, ranges or limits stated, represent
the characteristics of an average instrument.
This specification is valid if the temperature has not changed more than + or -5 °C since the last
AUTO CAL and the probe is of the same 10:1 model as delivered with the instrument.
For definitions of terms, reference is made to IEC Publication 351 -1, 359.

Safety Characteristics
This instrument has been designed and tested in accordance with IEC Publication 348, Safety
requirements for Electronic Measuring Apparatus and has been supplied in a safe condition. This
manual contains information and warnings which must be followed by the user to ensure safe
operation and to keep the instrument in safe condition. The instrument has been designed for indoor
use. It may occasionally be subjected to temperatures between + 5 °C and 10 °C without degradation
of its safety.
