Connection to terminal strip

The supplied terminal strip makes it easier to connect a detector line.

The feed line for the detector line is directly connected to the terminal strip.
The terminal strip, measurement line and the terminal plug are available.
1. Connect the terminal strip to the sockets on the FDUL221.
Terminal no. 1 is connected to socket A(+) with the terminal plug (red).
Terminal no. 2 is connected to socket A(-) with the terminal plug (black).
Terminal no. 3 is connected to socket B(+) with the terminal plug (red).
Terminal no. 4 is connected to socket B(-) with the terminal plug (black).
2. Loosen the feed line for the detector line on the FDI200x-A1 periphery board or
FCI2003-A1 loop extension and connect the feed line to the terminal strip.
3. Connect the ground wire.
4. To detect shielding errors, connect the shielding to the ground wire.
The FDUL221 line tester is connected to the detector line.
