USING THE SLICING MACHINE

LOADING THE GOODS
1.­ Using­the­flywheel­(1)­bring­the­carriage­(2)­all­forward­(towards­the­operator).
2. Pull­back­the­sliding­overplate­(3)­completely­(away­from­the­blade)­using­the­handwheel­(4).
3. Place­the­food­to­be­sliced­on­the­overplate­and­block­it­with­the­food­press­(5)­regulating­the­
height as well.
4. Regulate­the­thickness­of­the­slice­by­pulling­and­rotating­the­knob­(6)­at­the­same­time,­gradu-
ated­from­0­to­16.
5. Bring­the­overplate­with­the­goods­towards­the­blade­by­using­the­rapid­advance­lever­or­the­
handwheel.
CUTTING THE GOODS
1.­ Turn­the­flywheel­clockwise­(do­not­turn­it­counter­clockwise,­this­could­seriously­damage­the­
machine).
2. During­the­forward­movement­of­the­carriage­(away­from­the­operator)­the­goods­will­go­into­
the­blade­and­the­slice,­guided­by­the­slice­deflector,­will­fall­onto­the­plate­below.
3. During­the­return­movement­of­the­carriage­(towards­the­operator)­the­mechanical­device­which­
makes­the­overplate­advance­transversally­towards­the­blade­will­be­put­into­motion,­its­value­
pre-determined­with­the­slice­thickness­regulating­knob.
