8. In the "File Name:" text box, enter the name of the text file (*.txt) or the HTML file (*.htm) in
which the longer text with a more exact error cause description is saved.
9. Click on the "Select" button.
The file name of the text file will now be displayed in the "File Name (*.htm or *.txt)" field of
the "Edit Causes - [Application name]" window.
10.Click on "OK".
The "Manage Causes - [Application name]" window opens again.
11. Select another item in the "Manage Causes - [Application name]" window.
– or –
Click on the "Save" button.
The changes you made will be saved.
Setting parameters
The parameters define the framework for the individual measurements. The measurement
intervals, limit values and similar items are set in this way.
To set a parameter
The application that you want to customize is loaded.
Expert mode is activated.
1. Click on the "Edit" menu item in the "Application" menu in the "ANT-20 NEXT - [Application]"
window.
The "Edit Basics - [Application name]" window opens.
2. Click on the "Parameters" button in the "Edit Basics - [Application name]" window.
The "Select Measurement Parameters - [Application name]" window opens.

3. Click on the parameter that you want to modify in the
"Select Measurement Parameters - [Application name]" window.
4. Click on the "Edit" button.
