The function is used primarily in connection with heating systems having little spare
capacity (e.g. low-energy houses). In that case, the heating up time would be too long if
outside temperatures are low. When the Reduced setpoint is raised, the rooms are
prevented from cooling down to too low levels, thus shortening the heating up time
when changing to the Comfort setpoint.
