If this happens:
You cannot connect to
Fiery WebTools, or it takes
a long time to connect.

Problems with Fiery WebTools

• Check with the administrator to make sure Web Services are enabled in
iR C2100/2100S Setup.
• Make sure you have the correct IP address or DNS name for the iR C2100/
2100S.
Check with the administrator or print a Configuration page from the
iR C2100/2100S Control Panel.
• Clear the cache (Netscape Communicator) or history (Microsoft Internet
Explorer).
