5-6 Downloading Files and Fonts
6. Select the filename and click Add File(s) (Windows) or Add (Mac OS).
The File name field (Windows) displays the name of the selected file before
you click Add.
You can navigate to different drives and directories to select files to download.
Click Add All (Mac OS) to add all files in a folder.
To select multiple sequential files (Windows), select the first file and then
Shift-click the last file. Control-click to select multiple non-sequential files.
If you change your mind about a file, select the filename in the Files to
Download list and click Remove File(s) (Windows) or Remove (Mac OS).
Click Remove All (Mac OS) to remove all files from the Files to Download
list.
7. To change the attributes of a file to be downloaded, select it and
click Options.

8. Specify the following information in the dialog box and click OK.
The options you set apply only to the selected file. You can set different
options, or leave the default settings, for each file.
