A-19 Print Options
Sorter Mode
Sorting is supported on a color copier/printer with a sorter/stapler unit
attached.
—Copies of a complete job are output, uncollated, into the top tray.
Off
—Copies of a complete job are collated and output into the top tray.
Collate
—Copies of a complete job are sorted and output into one of 20 bins,
Sort
arranged in page order.
—Copies of a complete job are output into one of 20 bins, with all
Group
copies of the same page grouped together in each separate bin.
You can select Collate even when no installable option is configured.

OTE
When Finisher-H1 or Saddle Finisher-H2 is attached, paper is output to the
tray specified for the output destination from the copier/printer Control
Panel.
Stapler Mode
Stapling is supported on a copier/printer with a sorter/stapler unit attached.
The Saddle Stitch setting is supported on a copier/printer with the Saddle
Finisher-H2 installed. To enable the Stapler Mode option, Sorter Mode must
be set to Sort or Collate.
Staple settings:
—Disables the stapler.

1-Staple [Upper Left]
1-Staple [Upper Right]

Saddle Stitch
When a Sorter/Stapler unit is attached to the copier/printer, 1-Staple

[Upper left] or [Upper right] can only be selected. Saddle Stitch is available
only when the Saddle Stitch Finisher-H2 is attached to the copier/printer.
When you staple for color duplex printing, 105g/m
If you select another paper size, it may cause image or stapling problems.
