NOTE:
Before enabling ISSU on MX routers, when upgrading from a Junos
OS Release 14.1 or earlier to Junos OS Release 14.2 or later, you must disable
IGMP snooping, and PIM snooping, in all protocol hierarchies. This includes
the bridge-domain and routing-instances hierarchies.
NOTE:
On MX Series routers with MPC/MIC interfaces, the policers for transit
traffic and statistics are disabled temporarily during the unified ISSU process.

Starting with Junos OS Release 16.1R1, while performing a unified ISSU from
a FreeBSD 6.1-based Junos OS to an upgraded FreeBSD 10.x-based Junos OS,
the configuration must be validated on a remote host or on a Routing Engine.
