TRAINING IN H1 (HEART RATE CONTROL) PROGRAM MODE:
In STOP mode before training. Press the PROGRAM button on the computer console to
select H1 program mode until the screen displays H1. Press the MODE button to confirm
the selected program and the spilt window of PULSE will display 100 (TARGET HEART
RATE). Press the SPEED + or SPEED - button on the computer console to set your
target heart rate. Press the MODE button to confirm the target heart rate. Press the
START button on the computer to start exercise and grip the hand pulse sensors during
exercise. The pre-set training program time is 30:00 minutes. The H1 program mode is
designed to keep your heart at a desired amount of "beats per minute" by automatically
adjusting the incline and running speed. During workout if your heart rate is within 5
beats per minute (BPM) of your target heart rate, the incline and running speed will not
change.
During workout if your heart rate is greater than 5 BPM and less than 25 BPM of your
target heart rate, the running speed will decrease 0.2 KPM per 10 seconds and incline will
decrease 1 level per 5 seconds to lower your heart rate to your target heart rate.
During workout if your heart rate is greater than 25 BPM of your target heart rate, the
running speed will decrease 0.5 KPM per 5 seconds and incline will decrease 1 level per
3 seconds to lower your heart rate to your target heart rate.
During workout if your heart rate is less than 5 BPM to 25 BPM of your target heart rate,
the running speed will increase 0.2 KPM per 10 seconds and incline will increase 1 level
per 5 seconds to intensify the work load, causing your heart rate to slowly climb to your
target heart rate.
During workout if your heart rate is less than 25 BPM of your target heart rate, the running
speed will increase 0.5 KPM per 5 seconds and incline will increase 1 level per 3 seconds
to intensify the work load, causing your heart rate to quickly climb to your target heart rate.
When the pre-set training program time counts down to 0, the computer will beep to alert
you, the treadmill will stop automatically.
TRAINING IN CUSTOM USER PROGRAM MODE:
There are 2 CUSTOM USER programs available for setting your own program. Press the
PROGRAM button on the computer console to select U1 or U2 custom program mode until
the screen displays U1 or U2. Press the MODE button to confirm the selected program
and the spilt window of TIME will display 1:00 (first minute of the custom program). Press
the SPEED + or SPEED - button to set speed for the first minute of custom user program.
Press the INCLINE + or INCLINE - button to set incline level for the first minute of custom
user program. Press the MODE button to confirm the speed and incline level for the first
minute of custom user program. Repeat above steps to set the speed and incline level for
all 30 minutes. After setting all the speed and incline levels press the START button to
