Cleaning the grate and combustion chamber

❒ Open the insulated door to the pellet unit

❒ Flip the cover plate down

➥ Pull hard enough to overcome the force of the magnet

❒ Remove the combustion chamber cover

❒ Pull the burn-out tray and burner insert upwards from the combustion chamber

Clean both components thoroughly. Check that air is flowing through the air

openings in the burner insert.

❒ Clean the entire combustion area thoroughly, as well as the combustion chamber

below with the furnace tool, brush and ash vacuum.
