Finding the Newport instrument LabVIEW driver

With NSTRUCT, a folder is created from "Program files" for each instrument in
\NSTRUCT\Instruments folder. From the selected instrument directory, a "Labview"
directory is present.
Its subfolder named "Dll" contains the assemblies' .NET is mandatory.
