Select the user who you want to assign access permission to, and then select the permission.
Select the permission, from [Read-only], [Edit], [Edit / Delete], or [Full Control].

You can encrypt the data in the Address Book using the extended security function, "Encrypt Address Book".

Administrator Authentication", "Logging off Using Administrator Authentication".

Press the [User Tools/Counter] key.

Press [System Settings].

Press [Administrator Tools].
4.
Press [Extended Security].
5.
Press [On] for "Encrypt Address Book".
