If Trouble Arises
Mazda ERA-GLONASS (Russia)
NOTE
The Mazda ERA-GLONASS can be used when the ignition is switched ON.
There are two ways the Mazda ERA-GLONASS makes calls; automatically or
manually.
The Mazda ERA-GLONASS may not operate in the following cases: If the Mazda
ERA-GLONASS does not operate, make a call from another telephone such as the
nearest available public telephone.
The vehicle is outside of a mobile phone network area
The vehicle is in a weak radio wave transmission environment (such as inside
tunnels, underground parking areas, shadow of buildings, and mountain areas)
The vehicle does not receive an impact of a certain level or more even if an accident
has occurred.
An extremely serious collision occurs resulting in damage to the Mazda ERA-
GLONASS.
Signals cannot be received from the GPS, GLONASS satellites (voice call is
possible even if position information is not obtainable)
When a voice call is made by the Mazda ERA-GLONASS, the audio system is muted
so that it does not interfere with the call.
It may take some time for the call centre to respond after the Mazda ERA-GLONASS
fi rst starts operating.
If you are unable to respond to an operator's questions after the voice call begins, the
operator may proceed with emergency procedures at their own discretion.
Even if it is diffi cult for you to hear the operator's voice, your voice may be heard by
the call centre. Continue explaining your circumstances.
If the Mazda ERA-GLONASS operates while you are making a call with your mobile
phone using Bluetooth
It may not be possible to receive a call using the Bluetooth
while the Mazda ERA-GLONASS is operating.
