Remove the balancer driving gear and
slide off the key.
•
Slide off the washer.
•
Loosen the six screws one fourth of a
turn at a time, operating diagonally and
in stages.
•
Loosen and then remove all the
screws.
•
By using the connecting rod locking
tool and the crankcase separator, open
the two crankcase halves.
