TROUBLESHOOTING
If your computer or mobile device is connected to the HDMI in and USB receptacles on the
l
AM30 appliance, ensure the input source is OPS/HDMI (see Switching between input sources
on page 23).
If the board's input source is OPS/HDMI, ensure your computer or mobile device is connected
l
to the AM30 appliance (see AM30 connector panel on page 17).
If you see a black screen or instructions to connect to the board, the video signal from your
l
computer or mobile device might be HDCP protected. Connect your computer or mobile
device to the board's connector panel (see AM30 connector panel on page 17).
The computer or mobile device's video resolution settings and refresh rates aren't supported
l
by the AM30 appliance. The AM30 appliance supports the following resolutions and refresh
rates:
1920 × 1080 at 60 Hz
o
1600 × 900 at 60 Hz
o
1280 × 720 at 60 Hz
o
If touch is not behaving as expected, ensure SMART Product Drivers 12.3 or later is installed
l
on your computer. See

If touch is not behaving as expected, remove an USB cable extenders. For best results, use a
l
6' (5 m) USB cable.
