The following chart describes the static and scrolling status displays in the HydraSwing.
Operator Status Display
Software Version
An "h" appears in front of the software
version number.
NOTE: Does not appear in scroll status.

Stop the Status Display Scrolling

To stop the status display scroll and focus on one item, press Select. Press Select a second time, to resume the
scrolling status displays.

Check Time and Date

An easy way to determine if your operator is set for the correct date and time zone can be accomplished by
taking the following steps:
1. While gate status appears in the display, press and hold the Select button.
The date and time appears DD/MM HH:MM.
2. If you need to change the time zone, refer to the Set Clock "CL" item in the User Menu. Refer to "User
Menu: Table 1" on page 31.

Variables
The software version and revision number
are hard-coded in the Smart Touch
Controller.
This display only appears when the
operator is used in interlocked or
sequenced gate systems and indicates the
function of the operator.
OT 9 = HydraSwing
0 = Model type unknown
1 = HydraSwing 150
2 = HydraSwing 80F
3 = HydraSwing 40 and 40 Twin
4 = HydraSwing 40F
R = Retracted and E = Extended
1, 2, 3, or 4
One cycle equals a full open and close
sequence. Partial cycles are not counted
The first menu item in the User Menu.
HydraSwing Programming & Operations
Description
Displays the software version when you
press Reset or cycle power. You will need
the software version when calling Technical
Support.
Indicates, in an interlocked or dual gate
setting, whether the operator is set to
Primary / Secondary or Configuration 1 or
2 (Sequenced Gate setting). The setting is
assigned in the Installer Menu.
Indicates and identifies the operator.
Identifies the HydraSwing model.
Indicates position of cylinder when the gate is
fully open.
Displays the operator's Usage Class
designation per UL 325 standards.
Displays the DC buss voltage communicated
to the electronics board.
Displays the number of cycles the gate
operator has incurred. Similar to an odometer,
it resets to zero after 999,999 cycles.
Displays the number of seconds before
the open gate initiates closure. NOTE: You
can also access the Installer Menu from this
display.
