MAGIC AE1 DAB+ main window

After starting the MAGIC AE1 DAB+ application, the main window is displayed
automatically (see Fig. 7).
The connection status between PC and system is displayed in the top right
corner of the window:
PC ONLINE: Connection is okay.
NO CONNECTION: Connection with PC is faulty
Following further status messages are possible:
PC ONLINE ALARM: Upcoming alarm (see System Monitor, blinking)
NOTE
If the connection is faulty, please check the following points:
– Power supply cable of the system is plugged in and the system is switched
on (display available)
– Serial 1:1 cable or LAN is connected with PC and system
– Using RS232 interface: Correct COM port and same baud rate are selected
in the software as well as in the system (Configuration
face, see Page 34)
– Using LAN interface: Correct IP address and port is selected in the soft-
ware as well as in the system (Configuration
Page 34)
